These terms govern your use of the cku9 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on cku9, you agree to everything on this page.

Account Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CKU9 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing cku9.net, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all players on cku9 regardless of how they access the platform — whether through the website at cku9.net, the dedicated mobile app available from the App page, or any other access method we make available in the future.

CKU9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of cku9 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Plain English: Using cku9 means you agree to these rules. If we update the rules and you keep playing, you're agreeing to the new version too.

Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on cku9, you must register an account via the Register page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on cku9. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, cku9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cku9 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. CKU9 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

  • Registration is free and takes under two minutes.
  • You must provide a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account.
  • Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • CKU9 may request identity documents at any time as part of our KYC process.
Warning: Sharing your account with another person, or allowing someone else to place bets on your behalf, is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
Section 03

Age Verification

CKU9 operates a strict minimum age policy. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or participate in any real-money activity on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

CKU9 may request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport or birth certificate. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

If it is determined that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any withdrawals already made), and all winnings will be forfeited. CKU9 takes underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any relevant authorities.

Minimum Age: 18 years. No exceptions. CKU9 uses automated and manual checks to verify player ages and will act immediately on any suspected underage account.
Section 04

Deposits & Payments

All deposits on cku9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted. CKU9 does not accept deposits via bank transfer, credit card or cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though cku9 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your cku9 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact support via live chat.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
  • CKU9 does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your cku9 balance.
Note: CKU9 reserves the right to request proof that the payment account used for a deposit belongs to you. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.
Section 05

Withdrawals

Withdrawals on cku9 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. Withdrawals to a different bKash, Nagad or Rocket number than the one used for deposit will not be processed without additional verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 60 minutes. CKU9 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

  • Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is approved.
  • Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
  • CKU9 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if fraud is suspected.
  • Withdrawals requested outside of business hours may take slightly longer to process.
  • CKU9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

Bonuses & Promotions

CKU9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the Bonus page at the time of activation, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

All cku9 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the Bonus page before you activate it. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

  • Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
  • CKU9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn as cash before wagering requirements are met.
  • Placing bets on both sides of an outcome using bonus funds (arbitrage) will result in bonus cancellation.
  • CKU9 may cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines the bonus was claimed in bad faith.
  • The welcome bonus is available to new players only and applies to the first deposit made on a new account.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit cku9 bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using VPNs to bypass restrictions, or coordinating with other players — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on cku9 — including slots, live casino titles and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the platform or by players.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is independently verified and is available on the game information page within the cku9 platform. All games on cku9 carry an RTP of 96% or above. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

  • Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours.
  • In the event of a technical fault during a game, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
  • CKU9 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's internet connection dropping during a game.
  • Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.
Fair Play: CKU9 uses third-party auditing to verify the fairness of all games on the platform. If you believe a game result was incorrect, contact support within 72 hours with your game round ID.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cku9 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

  • Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
  • Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
  • Attempting to launder money through the cku9 platform.
  • Threatening, harassing or abusing cku9 staff or other players.
  • Providing false information during registration or verification.
Zero Tolerance: CKU9 operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and cheating. Suspected violations are reported to relevant authorities. All account activity is monitored 24/7 by our security team.
Section 09

Account Suspension & Closure

CKU9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, cku9 may freeze account funds pending investigation.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

  • Accounts closed due to Terms violations will not have their balances returned.
  • Accounts closed at the player's own request will have real-money balances returned after verification.
  • Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

CKU9 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. CKU9 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, internet connectivity issues or events outside our reasonable control.

CKU9's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. CKU9 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses.

CKU9 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of cku9 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using cku9 and request account closure via support.
